Grand Prix of Monaco in Formula 1 allows 7500 spectators

7500 people are welcome on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. That is 40 percent of the normal capacity.

Visitors must submit a negative corona test in advance. The negative PCR test applies to people from outside Monaco, people who live there do not need to have it.

“It is important that we keep the race with a limited number of visitors as well as strict hygiene regulations,” said Minister Pierre Dartout.

The race on the street circuit was canceled last year due to the corona pandemic. The year before, Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) was the fastest. Max Verstappen (Red Bull) finished fourth.

The Formula 1 race in Monaco is the fifth race of the season.
